All our goods are shipped directly from China.
For all orders under 1kg, a flat shipping fee of USD 9.99 applies.
For larger or wholesale orders, please contact us and include the note “Wholesale”.

To ensure accurate delivery, please create a customer account and provide your full shipping address.
For smooth delivery, please also include your phone number, as it is required by customs in many countries for shipping verification.
We guarantee that this information will only be used by our shipping agents and never shared with third parties.

Most international deliveries take approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on the destination.
We will do our best to shorten your delivery time.
Domestic shipping within mainland China takes no more than 5 business days.

Please make sure to provide all necessary information required by your country’s customs for declaration.
If a parcel is held or refused by customs, TEANOO cannot be held responsible.
Once the parcel arrives in your country, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes according to local regulations.

Once your parcel clears customs, we will issue a tracking number as soon as possible.
Please note that tracking updates may take several weeks — this is normal for international shipments.

After receiving your tracking number, you may track your parcel here.
When the tracking status shows “Preparing for Shipment,” it means your parcel has left Chinese customs and is en route to its final destination.
It is not uncommon for updates to pause for 2–3 weeks while the parcel is in transit.
